Since she was 7 years old, Millie drank 4 to 6 diet sodas every day.

For 60 years, she and her husband had the same routine. Every week at the grocery store, they'd automatically grab that case of 24 diet sodas. It wasn't even a decision anymore. Just a habit.

Millie knew she should quit. We all know diet soda isn't good for us.
