Hi, I’m Paul Eilers.

For over twenty-five years, I've been blessed to share life with my wife Laura.

Together we've raised our son, Brady, here in Conway, Arkansas.

He lives and breathes sports, especially baseball and basketball. If we're not at home, chances are we're at one of his games!

But my view on health started long before Brady’s ballgames.

In college, I helped my mom care for my grandfather in his home as he suffered from cancer.

Then I watched my father suffer from emphysema and cancer, needing an oxygen machine day and night for eight long years just to breathe.

Those experiences led me to study health and nutrition because I didn't want to end up like that.

Getting older doesn't have to mean sickness and pain. What if we choose to age gracefully instead?
