How To Make Lactobacillus reuteri Yogurt for Sleep and More


Here is the recipe:
  • 1 capsule of MyReuteri 
  • 1 tablespoon inulin 
  • 1 quart of organic half-and-half 
  • A heating device that can maintain a temperature of 100°F for 36 hours 

Use half-and-half, because it yields the best texture (Dr. Davis rejects the idea of limiting saturated fat and calories.) 

(Note: You can also use canned coconut milk, but a couple additional steps are required to prevent separation of fat and solids.) 

  • Pre-heat to 180 degrees F 
  • Then allow to cool to 100 degrees F or less 
  • Add one tablespoon of inulin 
  • Add one tablespoon of Monk Fruit sweetener 
  • Add one teaspoon of guar gum
  • Then whip with a stick blender. 
  • Add the contents of one capsule of MyReuteri, stir, then cover and place in your heating device.
