Welcome – I’m Paul Eilers
Welcome. I’m glad you’re here.
Hi, I’m Paul Eilers. Thanks for taking a moment to stop by my corner of the internet.
I’ve been married to my wife, Laura, for more than twenty-five years. We live in Conway, Arkansas, where we’ve been raising our son, Brady.
He loves sports — especially baseball and basketball. If we're not at home, we’re probably in a gym or at a ballpark somewhere in Arkansas.
I’m a quiet person by nature. I like simple things: faith, family, health, and being present for the people I love.
My deeper interest in health started many years before Brady ever stepped on a court or field.
In college, I helped care for my grandfather while he battled cancer. I was there the morning the funeral home came. It’s something you never forget.
Later, I watched my father struggle for eight long years with emphysema and cancer. He needed an oxygen machine day and night just to breathe.
Those experiences changed me. They made me think about my own health, the future, and what getting older really means.
I didn’t want to go down the same path. And I didn’t want my family to live through what I lived through. So I began studying health and nutrition — slowly at first, then with real intention.
I believe getting older doesn’t have to mean decline. We can feel better. We can age well. We can stay active and strong.
