If You’re a Middle-Aged Man With Shoulder Pain, Read This…
It was the week of Thanksgiving.

One morning, I saw a big pile of wet leaves in the backyard.
They'd been sitting there for weeks, so I finally bagged them and hauled everything to the dump.
It felt like a solid workout. I was tired, but satisfied.
That night, I went to bed feeling fine.
But the next morning, my right shoulder was sore.
I figured I'd tweaked something and it would heal on its own.
But it didn't.
Weeks went by. Then months.
By February, it had been three months, and it still hurt.
I couldn't lift my arm over my head.
Reaching into the back seat of the car sent a sharp pain through my arm.
Sleeping was rough.
Mornings were worse.
Even getting dressed was tricky.
At that point, I started to worry.
A friend of mine had shoulder surgery and hasn't swung a golf club since.
I didn't want to go down that road.
So I started trying everything.
Magnesium lotion. Stretching. Hot showers. Hanging from the playground bars. More protein.
Nothing really worked.
Then I found these odd little patches. Tiny white dots, like round band-aids.
I didn't expect much, but I gave them a try.
After a few weeks, something changed. The pain was starting to go away.
I could lift my arm again.
Sleeping got easier.
Even mornings were better.
Now?
I can help around the house. I can rebound the basketball for my son. I can even drive with both hands again.
These patches might not be a magic cure, but they worked for me.
And hey, it sure beats surgery, don't you think?
