Here is a Chocolate Mocha meal replacement, that you can use for for breakfast or lunch:

  • 1-2 teaspoons Cocoa LeafGreens 
  • 1 scoop Propeas
  • 1 cup cold coffee (cool the brewed coffee over ice first) 
  • 1/2 cup water; or nonfat milk; soy, rice, or almond milk 
  • Ice to taste 

Tip: Add cinnamon and nutmeg for a cappuccino-flavored smoothie!
