I honestly do not miss eating bread. However, it's always good to have a back-up plan.
So when I saw this Paleo bread recipe, I thought I would post it here:
- 16-oz. jar creamy almond butter
- 6 eggs
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ¾ cup warm water
- Pre-heat the oven to 325 degrees.
- Mix the ingredients in a mixing bowl.
- Pour the batter into a 9 x 5 greased bread pan.
- Bake until firm. (About one hour)
Maybe now I'll go fix myself a BLT.
